Our return policy is designed to offer full transparency and guarantee customer satisfaction. You have a 15-calendar day window from the delivery date to return items for an exchange or refund. 

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following basic conditions:  

Product condition: The product must be in a brand new and unworn resalable condition. To prevent scratched soles, kindly try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Any signs of wear (including scratched soles) may render the item ineligible for return. 

Exclusions: Made-to-Order (MTO), Custom, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming orders including items from these categories. 

Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, inclusive of the original packaging— Meermin shoe box, dust bag/s, and shipping packaging. Please refrain from using the Meermin shoe box as the shipping container.
