2024 Spring Sale Event Return Policy: 

At Meermin we are committed to transparency and clarity, we wish to reiterate our policies to ensure you are fully informed. As we enter our 2024 Spring Sale Event, we want to specifically outline our return policy for the event. 

For orders placed on our European site or Meermin APP (EU), our regular return policy will apply, for clarity, please find a summary of it below. To access return policy in full as well as return procedure you do so here.

Our return policy is designed to offer full transparency and guarantee customer satisfaction. You have a 15-calendar day window from the delivery date to return items for an exchange or refund. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following basic conditions:  

Product condition: The product must be in a brand new and unworn resalable condition. To prevent scratched soles, kindly try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Any signs of wear (including scratched soles) may render the item ineligible for return. 

Exclusions: Made-to-Order (MTO) and Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming orders including items from these categories. 

Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, inclusive of the original packaging— Meermin shoe box, dust bag/s, and shipping packaging. Please refrain from using the Meermin shoe box as the shipping container.
