To prevent scratched soles, kindly try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Any signs of wear (including scratched soles) may render the item ineligible for return.&#xA0;Exclusions: Made-to-Order (MTO) and Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming orders including items from these categories.&#xA0;Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, inclusive of the original packaging&#x2014; Meermin shoe box, dust bag/s, and shipping packaging.
