Returning an Exchanged Item

Free Return Coverage case

If you purchased Free Return Coverage with your order, your first return or exchange is covered under the following terms:

1. First Return for a Refund

If you choose to return your item for a refund, you may use the prepaid return label provided through our Returns Portal at no additional cost.

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • If you request a refund, the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • The Free Return Coverage fee is non-refundable.

  • Any original shipping charges paid when placing the order are also non-refundable.

2. First Return for an Exchange

If you choose to exchange your item, you may use the prepaid return label provided through our Returns Portal at no additional cost.

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • If the replacement item(s) are of the same value, the exchange will be shipped free of charge.

  • If the replacement item(s) are more expensive, you will receive a payment request for the price difference before the replacement item(s) are shipped.

  • If the replacement item(s) are less expensive, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Returning an Exchanged Item (Second Return or Exchange)

If you receive your replacement item and later decide to return or exchange it again, the Free Return Coverage no longer applies, as it only covers the first return or exchange associated with the original order.

You may either purchase a return label through our website or return the item using your own preferred shipping method.

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • If you request a refund, the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the return shipping cost, the original shipping charges, and the Free Return Coverage fee are non-refundable.

  • If the replacement item(s) are of the same value, the exchange will be shipped once the outbound shipping cost has been paid, as complimentary outbound shipping only applies to the first exchange associated with the original order.

  • If the replacement item(s) are more expensive, you will receive a payment request for both the price difference and the outbound shipping cost before the replacement item(s) are shipped.

  • If the replacement item(s) are less expensive, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method, and you will receive a payment request for the outbound shipping cost before the replacement item(s) are shipped.


NO Free Return Coverage case

If Free Return Coverage was not purchased with your order, the same Returns & Exchanges Policy applies. The only difference is that, for each return or exchange request, you will need to either purchase a return label through our website or return the item using your own preferred courier.
