How to return a purchase made at the Madrid or Paris stores by mail?Updated 6 days ago

We offer returns for exchange, store credit, or refund on items purchased in-store. Please note that we do not provide return labels for items purchased in-store to be returned by mail.

Before initiating your return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item must be brand new and in unworn condition.
• The purchase must have been made within the last 15 days.
• Scratched soles on footwear will not be accepted. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. For full return conditions, please refer to our Return Policy

1. Include the return form inside the package to ensure proper processing of your return.
