How to return a purchase made at the Madrid or Paris stores by mail?Updated 6 days ago
We offer returns for exchange, store credit, or refund on items purchased in-store. Please note that we do not provide return labels for items purchased in-store to be returned by mail.
Before initiating your return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be brand new and in unworn condition.
- The purchase must have been made within the last 15 days.
- Scratched soles on footwear will not be accepted. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. For full return conditions, please refer to our Return Policy
Return procedure for items shopped at Madrid Store:
- Include the return form inside the package to ensure proper processing of your return.
