If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that we have received your request.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be in unworn condition and suitable for resale. Products showing signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess fit and characteristics, including outdoor use or scratched soles, are not eligible for a refund.

Made-to-Order (MTO) and Custom products are not eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the order included the "Pay now to unlock free returns" option at checkout, in which case will be provided with a pre-paid return label.
