To help you find the best fit, we recommend reviewing the size chart available on the product page. In particular, please pay close attention to the width measurements and compare them with the measurements of your feet. This is usually the most reliable way to determine the correct size.

If you can provide your usual shoe size, the brands and sizes you typically wear, and any additional fit preferences, we can offer more personalized sizing advice.

Additionally, for eligible items within the United States, we offer a Free Returns option to make your purchase more risk-free. At checkout, you can choose to add a 5.52€  Free Returns Fee, which allows you to return eligible items at no additional cost. If needed, you will be able to obtain a prepaid return shipping label free of charge through our returns portal.

If you choose not to add the Free Returns Fee, you can still return eligible items, but a flat 12€ fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking costs.

Please note that this option is only available for U.S. orders and does not apply to final sale items or products subject to other return restrictions.
